Q. What should I do as a first time online customer?
A. Please select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Upon checkout, you will be asked to crate an account. Please fill in the information for all the required areas. You will also need an E-mail address and create a password. You will be able to check on your order content and status by using your E-mail address as your password in "My Account". Future orders can be easily made by logging into your account.

Q. I forgot my password.
Please refer to the password page.

Q. I'm concerned about personal information and security.
We take the utmost precautions in handling our customer's personal information. (Name, address, e-mail address) We retain information only for our clerical use.

Q. I need to change my information such as: address, phone number, e-mail address.
Changes to your personal information can be done by you on My account.

Q. Can I cancel products I put in my shopping cart?
Yes, you can. You can also change the product count or cancel your order altogether.

Q.What kind of payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JCB and Discover.

Q. When will the charge be applied?
The charge will be applied upon our confirmation of the order.

Q. Can I make a partial payment by credit card?
No. Purchases must be paid in full.

Q. Is there a volume discount?
No, sorry, but there is no discount for volume purchases.

Taxes and Duty

Q. Will taxes be charged?
Hawaii State Excise Tax will be charged for orders shipped to Hawaii.

Q. What do I do when I receive a wrong product?
We apologize. We will exchange the product immediately. please contact us at: info@eggsnthings.com.

Q. I received shipment, but the order is incomplete.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us at info@eggsnthings.com and we will send you the shorted product immediately.

Q. Can I make a reservation on products?
No, I'm sorry but that is not possible.

Q. Can I substitute a product?
No, we are sorry, but that is not possible.

Q. Can I request a specific time for delivery?
No, we are sorry, but that is not possible.

Q. After ordering, I want to change the receiving address.
Please contact info@eggsnthings.com immediately. If the product has not left yet, we can change it. If it had already left our premises, please track the product on the internet package Q&A page, and contact the post office directly.

Q. How long before we receive our order?
We send them out as soon as your order is completed. Normally, it takes about a week to 10 days after leaving Hawaii.

Q. The person ordering and the recipient is not the same.
No problem. Please input the recipient's address information.

Q. The product doesn't arrive. What do I do?
We apologize, but there may be a reason that your order is behind schedule. Please contact us at info@eggsnthings.com and we will investigate.

About Our Product

Q. How do I store the mix?
Please store it in a cool dark place. If the package is opened, we recommend refrigeration.

Q. What is the expiration date on the mix?
Approximately 1 year from purchase. After opening, please close the container tight, to keep out moisture.

Q. How many pancakes can I make out of an 8oz or 2lb bag of mix?
About 5 with the 8oz bag and approximately 20 with the 2lb bag of average sized pancakes can be made.

Q. Do I need to mix milk in?
No, all you need is the mix and water.

Q. Do you re-stock products that are sold out?
If an item is sold-out, check back at a later time.

Q. Do you wholesale?
No, at this time we do not.

Q. Can I exchange or make a return?
We apologize. We cannot. Please be absolutely sure of your purchase upon ordering. We do our best to bring you the finest product, but if there is a defect or missed order, please contact us at info@eggsnthings.com immediately.

Q. Can I make a cancellation?
If the product has not yet left our shop, yes you can.

Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
No, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
